Are your toys safe for children?

Yes, safety is the foundation of everything we do. All of our products fully comply with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards.

  • Age Grading: Please check the product page and packaging for the specific recommended age for each toy (e.g., Ages 3+, Ages 8+).
  • Choking Hazard Warning: For products with small parts, we include the following warning: WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD—Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.
How do I troubleshoot a toy that isn’t working?

We test every product before it ships, so many common issues can be solved with a few quick checks. Before contacting us, please try the following:

  • Check the Power: Are the batteries fresh? Are they inserted correctly? If it’s a rechargeable toy, has it been fully charged according to the instructions (e.g., for at least 4 hours)?
  • Check Connections: Ensure all parts are securely connected and that battery contacts are clean and making a good connection.
  • Re-Sync (for RC Toys): For remote control toys, turn both the toy and the remote off. Turn them back on in the order specified in the manual to re-establish the connection.

Is it safe to order online from your site?

Is my credit card information safe?

Definitely. We use secure and trusted payment processors like Stripe and PayPal, which are industry leaders in online security. Your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to the processor.

We never see or store your full credit card number on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

We know you’re excited to receive your toys! Our team works hard to get orders out quickly.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped from our US-based warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How long does shipping take and what carriers do you use?

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

This can happen occasionally. Here’s what we recommend:

  • Check your property thoroughly: Look in your mailbox, on the porch, around the garage, or at any side doors.
  • Check with others: Ask family members or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.
  • Wait one more business day. Sometimes carriers scan a package as “delivered” prematurely, and it shows up the next day.
  • If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS) directly with your tracking number. They have access to GPS delivery data and can often locate the package for you.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original parts and packaging.
  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
How do I start a return?

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes! We stand by the quality of our toys. We offer a 90-day warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage (like crashes or water damage), or product misuse. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
